Return and Exchange

FinswimWear strives to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. FinswimWear accepts exchanges in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packing included.

The customer is responsible for paying for the round trip shipping charges of the item to our workshop and back to your address if you request an exchange. The cost is determined by the item being returned. All shipping charges can be found at your local post office. There are no refunds on payment fees.

How to Perform an exchange

  • Reach out to our customer service staff thru a contact form.
  • One of our managers will get in contact with you to pre-approve and to provide you with the address to which the parcel should be sent.
  • Select a new item for the exchange. Make a payment if the item you’re exchanging costs more than the item you’re exchanging.
  • Please deliver the goods to our warehouse.
  • Wait for us to receive the product and inspect it.
  • We confirm that the item is in new, undamaged condition.
  • We send a confirmation, and the transaction is complete.

The returned goods must be perfectly stored in their original packaging, including all tags, never opened and/or worn. Incoming returns are inspected by our technicians and in cases there are signs of use or the goods are in bad condition, and/or the tags are torn, and/or worn – unfortunately no refund will be possible. In case of the return the customer is fully responsible for roundtrip shipping expense and any other fees associated with it.
