We have direct and exclusive agreements with the following producers: Jaked, Diana, Arena, Yingfa. The main dispatchment activity is made from Italy.

At Finswimwear you can buy all desired items and have them delivered to your home or to a collection point. A short list of the countries we ship to are: France, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Colombia, Germany, United States, Finland, Czech Republic, China, Portugal, Malaysia, Philippines, Switzerland, Holland, Poland, Denmark, Croatia, Finland, Slovakia, Baltic countries. To see the full list of countries, please, add a desired item to the cart and proceed with choosing your postal code, your city and country.  If your country does not appear in the list of countries at the top-left of your screen, please contact us we will do out best to add it shortly.

We care about our customers and our reputation. We do not keep records of customers’ credit/debit cards. All payments are processed by a trusted third party payment gateway provider, which eliminates all risk of any potential breech in the system. If our security department suspects an anomaly or potential fraud, Fisnswimwear reserves the right to cancel the transaction to offer you security at all times. Your bank details are protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology. They are sent to the server in a fully encrypted way through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are processed in a totally secure environment at our bank.

Once your order is ready and ships, an email update with tracking information for your shipment will be sent to you by email. To track your shipment you can use world services like www.aftership.com or https://www.17track.net If you cannot track your shipment it is possible that the postal tracking system has not yet been updated and some time is required. 

First, check your spam box. Our confirmation email is automated and sometimes arrives to Spam if you have filters. If it is not there, please log in and check your status online. If none has worked please, contact our support team.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your order destination and products ordered and are automatically calculated depending on the product weight. To get a shipping quote, please add the desired products to your shopping cart and type down your postal code. The website will then calculate the shipping automatically.
